Initially, the business model was not clearly defined, so we designed the product details page to outline all features and specifications. However, the client preferred a style more akin to an NFT details page instead.

Since this platform allows users to collect their physical products, the collection and shipping flow must be aligned for both the company and the users. This means that when a user wants to receive their product physically, the company must manage a series of processes to ensure the product arrives in the user's hands.

Understanding the Problem

We did some research and found some high-end product website such as wines & auctions. Also, we also found a competitor who also selling luxury product as NFT and has their own marketplace.

User Flow

We need to ensure that when users submit a request to redeem their product, the admin panel receives a notification to process the user's request promptly.
